Assistant IT Administrator

Provide first-level technical support to all branches (on-site and remote).

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.

Support POS systems, printers, kitchen display systems, tablets, and back-office systems.

Escalate complex technical issues to the IT Manager when necessary.

Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of POS systems across all outlets.

Ensure proper daily synchronization of sales data between branches and head office.

Support end-of-day closing processes and resolve system discrepancies.

Coordinate with POS vendors for system updates and technical support.

Assist in maintaining network infrastructure including routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points, and firewalls.

Monitor internet connectivity and ensure minimal downtime.

Support new branch IT setup including system installation and testing.

Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, POS terminals, printers, CCTV systems, and other IT equipment.

Maintain IT inventory records including asset tracking and equipment lifecycle management.

Assist in procurement and replacement of IT equipment when required.

Support implementation of data backup procedures and recovery systems.

Assist in maintaining cybersecurity measures and antivirus protection.

Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards.

Monitor system performance and report irregularities to the IT Manager.

Maintain logs of IT issues, resolutions, and maintenance activities.

Prepare basic IT performance reports when required.

Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers in Qatar.

Conduct regular branch visits for preventive maintenance and system audits.

Train branch staff on proper use of POS and IT systems.

Pay: From QAR4,000.00 per month
