About the Role:

We’re looking for a results-driven Assistant Maintenance Manager to support the operational efficiency, safety, and functionality of our restaurant infrastructure. This role plays a key part in executing maintenance strategies, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring smooth openings, refurbishments, and equipment upkeep across locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance Strategy & Execution

  • Support the implementation of maintenance strategies aligned with operational and financial targets.
  • Drive equipment performance, energy efficiency, and regulatory compliance through structured maintenance programs.
  • Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.

Operational Maintenance & Project Support

  • Manage day-to-day maintenance activities, including service requests and emergency repairs.
  • Monitor maintenance SLAs to ensure timely resolution and adherence to brand standards.
  • Assist in delivering maintenance support for new store openings, refurbishments, and relocations.

Inventory & Cost Management

  • Monitor spare part inventory and ensure availability while optimizing costs.
  • Assist in managing maintenance budgets and identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising safety or quality.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or a related field).
  • 5–8 years of experience in maintenance or engineering, ideally in F&B, hospitality, or retail sectors.
  • Hands-on experience with HVAC systems, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, and multi-site maintenance.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and contractors in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong technical knowledge in maintenance operations and equipment lifecycle management.
  • Solid understanding of regulatory and compliance standards for facility maintenance.
  • Results-oriented, with a focus on execution, safety, and service quality.
