Assistant Maintenance Supervisor

I&K Enterprises is looking for a proactive, technically skilled, and detail-oriented Assistant Maintenance Supervisor to support maintenance operations, ensure smooth workflow, and maintain equipment efficiency for our production facility.

The ideal candidate will assist in maintenance planning, supervision, coordination with cross-functional teams, and reporting to ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance planning to ensure smooth and timely operations.
• Supervise & coordinate day-to-day maintenance activities.
• Provide cross-functional support to production and technical teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and data analysis for maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Qualification

• B.E. / B.Sc. Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant field)

Experience

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• 0–1 year experience in maintenance or engineering roles (preferred)
