HVAC Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Supervisor that will ensure efficient functioning, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems while maintaining compliance with safety and operational standards.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or HVAC certification preferred.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair, including leadership or supervisory roles.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of HVAC technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee the installation, inspection, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems, including chillers, air handlers, and related components.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to obtain parts and services as needed.

Requirements:

• Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems, including chillers, air handlers, ductwork, and controls.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Proficiency in using tools and equipment related to HVAC operation and maintenance.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC equipment, including electrical and mechanical components.
