Job Description


• Experience in team management , should act as ticketing SME to assist team or intervene as needed• Handling a team of L2 – Complex itinerary trained resources• Responsible to achieve the KPI/SLA of the process for the team• Ability to deliver through people* Experience and ability to supervise team and conduct administrative functions* Managing a team in past for min 2 to 3 years in Corp Travel & one more GDS experience* Able to speak & write fluent English. Confident to lead conference calls* Able to produce dashboards & reports in Excel & presentation formats* Good analytical and conflict management skills


Qualifications


  • Graduate
  • GDS experience
  • Team Management-Minimum 2 to 3 years experience
  • Strong verbal or written communication skills
