Assistant Manager

Hyderabad, Pakistan

Job Role: PMO /Grade: E4
To establish a PMO function that ensures consistent project governance, delivery oversight, and strategic alignment across all initiatives.
Process Improvement & Standardization:
  • Identify opportunities for improving project management processes.
  • Assist in the implementation of the best practices to enhance project efficiency

Resource Management:
  • Assist in resource allocation and workload balancing across projects.
  • Assist for Onboarding process and Offboarding process
  • Track resource availability and utilization to optimize efficiency.
  • Coordinate with project teams to address resource-related challenges.
  • Monthly org structure updates
Work Environment:
  • Office-based role, requiring coordination with multiple teams and departments.
Project Governance & Compliance:
  • Ensure adherence to project management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Support the implementation of governance policies, processes, and templates.
  • Monitor project compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Support and Coordinate with Compliance team for Internal and External Audits
  • Monitor project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
Stakeholder Co-Ordination & Reporting
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for executive leadership, clients, and other key stakeholders.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities clearly and effectively to stakeholders and delivery leaders
  • Analyze cost-benefit, ROI, and other financial metrics to support project decisions.
  • Arrange regular stakeholder meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
Tracking & Reporting:
  • Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and status reports.
  • Review and publish SLA, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and project milestones.
  • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, providing timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Review and publishing Daily & Weekly Operational Status Reports, Vendor Management Operation Reports, Efforts Tracking
  • Monthly Reports: Bi-weekly Delivery Reports, Monthly delivery reports, Fin 360 Reports, MIS Reports, Monthly Allowance report
Skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, MS Excel, MS Power Point, SharePoint, Power Automate, Power BI ,Service Now SPM )
  • Solid understanding of PMO responsibilities, risk management reporting, and financial oversight.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is desirable.
  • A minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in PMO team.
