Assistant Manager

Job Description:

Intelliknow is seeking a Assistant Manager with a minimum of 3 years of fast casual-service experience in restaurant management. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of cafe and fast casual operation to oversee day-to-day business functions, ensure excellent customer service, and drive overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficiency and top-tier customer service.
• Manage staff hiring, training, and performance evaluations to create a strong, customer-focused team.
• Monitor inventory levels, food costs, and supply orders to optimize budget and minimize waste.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive profitability and maintain financial health.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and ensuring service excellence.
• Drive marketing initiatives and community engagement efforts to enhance brand visibility.
• Analyze business performance metrics and adjust operational strategies as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Assistant Manager in a fast casual dine-in restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant management, financial planning, and operational efficiency.
• Proven experience in team leadership, staff management, and customer service excellence.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Location Requirement: Must live within 30 minutes of Ligonier, IN.
