Roles & Responsibilities

  • Independently manage demand planning and supply planning processes for assigned product portfolios.
  • Analyse sales trends, forecasts, and inventory data to ensure timely replenishment and product availability.
  • Collaborate with marketing and manufacturing teams to align production schedules with demand requirements.
  • Conduct periodic demand-supply review meetings to identify gaps and corrective actions.
  • Act as a key liaison between plants, marketing, procurement, and logistics to proactively resolve supply issues.
  • Influence and negotiate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive consensus on plans and priorities.
  • Escalate critical issues through a defined escalation matrix to ensure timely resolution.
  • Review key performance indicators (KPIs) such as forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and service levels.
  • Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support implementation and enhancement of planning tools and digital systems.
  • Generate and analyze periodic reports for management review.
  • Utilize Excel and PowerPoint to present insights, trends, and action plans.
  • Leverage SAP S/4HANA for planning, order management, and reporting activities.
  • Strong understanding of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Inventory Management processes.

Technical Skills:

  • Intermediate MS Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards, etc.
  • MS PowerPoint – strong presentation and visualization skills
  • SAP S/4HANA – hands-on experience in supply chain modules
