Data Analytics & Reporting

Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to generate actionable business insights.

Design, develop, and maintain dashboards to monitor KPIs, performance metrics, CX indicators, and resource utilization.

Perform trend analysis, root cause analysis, forecasting, and scenario modeling to support strategic planning.

Prepare MIS reports and periodic performance summaries for leadership and business stakeholders.

Partner with stakeholders to identify reporting requirements and deliver accurate, timely, and relevant insights.
Business Insights & Presentation (PPT Preparation)

Develop high-impact PowerPoint presentations for leadership reviews, business updates, and client/stakeholder discussions.

Translate analytical findings into clear business narratives, visual storytelling, and executive summaries.

Create structured decks covering business insights, performance trends, forecasts, and CX analysis.
-
Ensure presentations are data-accurate, visually consistent, and aligned with business objectives.
Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, project managers, and leadership to support informed decision-making.

Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
