Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities

Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to generate actionable business insights.
  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards to monitor KPIs, performance metrics, CX indicators, and resource utilization.
  • Perform trend analysis, root cause analysis, forecasting, and scenario modeling to support strategic planning.
  • Prepare MIS reports and periodic performance summaries for leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify reporting requirements and deliver accurate, timely, and relevant insights.

Business Insights & Presentation (PPT Preparation)

  • Develop high-impact PowerPoint presentations for leadership reviews, business updates, and client/stakeholder discussions.
  • Translate analytical findings into clear business narratives, visual storytelling, and executive summaries.
  • Create structured decks covering business insights, performance trends, forecasts, and CX analysis.
  • Ensure presentations are data-accurate, visually consistent, and aligned with business objectives.

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, project managers, and leadership to support informed decision-making.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
