Assistant Manager

Supports management by overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring smooth workflow within a department or organization.

Provides administrative and operational support to managers or executives, helping maintain efficiency and productivity.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising and guiding team members, delegating tasks, and ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Training new employees and supporting their professional development.
  • Managing workflow, organizing schedules, and coordinating departmental activities.
  • Handling administrative tasks such as processing documents, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Assisting in customer service, resolving complaints, and maintaining client relationships, especially in retail or service industries.
  • Monitoring inventory, merchandising, and ensuring compliance with operational standards.

Required Skills :

  • Strong communication, organizational, and planning skills.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including spreadsheets, office software and POS materials.
  • Ability to analyze information, solve problems, and make decisions efficiently.
  • Educational requirements vary, but many positions prefer a high school diploma or higher, with some requiring university studies.
  • Leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Perpetrates and executes strong Authority

Qualifications:

  • 5 yrs experience in F&B , HORECA experience
  • HS / College Grad (Hotel & Restaurant Management)
  • HACCP certificate holder

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
