The Assistant Manager will play a key role in supporting the overall operations of the establishment, ensuring exceptional customer service, and assisting in various managerial tasks. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for hospitality management and team leadership. **Responsibilities:** - Assist in overseeing daily operations, including but not limited to inventory control, cash handling, and ensuring quality service delivery. - Support the Manager in staff training, scheduling, and supervision to maintain a high level of performance. - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional customer experiences. - Help manage banquet events, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction. - Assist in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new staff members. - Contribute to maintaining cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards. - Support in food service management, including assisting in kitchen operations and bartending as needed. **Skills:** - Prior experience in hospitality management or related field is preferred. - Proficiency in inventory control, cash handling, and food service management. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service. - Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus. - Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Experience in interviewing and training staff members is advantageous.
