Assistant Manager-Accounting & Auditing Background

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background with solid experience in auditing and internal controls.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven auditing skills and hands-on experience with internal control processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
  • Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is a plus).
  • Ability to support senior management in daily operations and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Manager in day-to-day business operations and administrative tasks.
  • Review basic financial documents to ensure completeness and accuracy before submitting them to the concerned department.
  • Organize and maintain files and records in an orderly and confidential manner.
  • Prepare and coordinate schedules, reports, and meeting agendas.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and documentation.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Communicate with different departments to streamline processes and improve workflow.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.
