Job Title: Assistant Manager - Accounts
Location: New Delhi
Department: Finance & Accounts
Requirement: Immediate

Budget: 4.25 to 4.75 LPA

Job Responsibilities:

1. Accounting and approving vendor invoices in compliance with company policies.

2. Ensuring accurate TDS accounting on vendor invoices.

3. Preparing and submitting fund requests to the corporate office.

4. Handling payment accounting and ensuring timely vendor payments.

5. Monitoring and maintaining sundry creditors’ accounts.

6. Preparing various financial reports including IATA payment statements.

7. Accounting and making provisions for overhead expenses.

8. Responding to queries and clarifications from corporate finance.

9. Coordinating and supporting internal and statutory audit requirements.

10. Performing vendor and customer reconciliations periodically.

11. Reviewing and approving invoices / credit notes to customers and agents as required.

12. Preparing and submitting TDS reports to corporate finance.

13. Performing GST reconciliations on a regular basis.

14. Managing inter-branch reconciliations.

15. Coordinating with operations and other departments to resolve financial discrepancies.

16. Executing additional accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.

Candidate Profile:

· Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.

· Experience: 3–6 years of experience in accounting and finance

· Skills:

o Strong knowledge of TDS, GST, and accounting principles.

o Hands-on experience with ERP / accounting software.

o Excellent analytical and reconciliation skills.

Good communication and coordination abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
