Assistant Manager - Accounts & Finance

Karachi, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and manage Income Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements with accuracy and timeliness.

- Oversee the accounts sign-off processes to ensure compliance with internal deadlines.

- Conduct internal audits and implement effective controls for financial accuracy and transparency.

- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

- Ensure timely reconciliation of accounts and resolve discrepancies effectively.

- Support financial decision-making by providing comprehensive financial reports and insights.

- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and reporting.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (professional certifications like ACCA, CMA, or CA Inter are a plus).

3-5 years of proven experience in Accounts and Finance roles.

- Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced level) and QuickBooks Online is a must.

- Strong understanding of financial management, accounting principles, and reporting standards.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
