We are looking for a Senior Finance & Accounts Executive who is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and business-smart to strengthen our finance team.

Role Overview

The Senior Finance & Accounts Executive will manage end-to-end financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and support business growth with insights and analytics. This role requires hands-on data entry and accounting expertise, while also providing financial analysis to guide management decisions. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Operations

  • Manage day-to-day accounting activities including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and reconciliations.
  • Process vendor invoices, payments, expense claims, and client billing with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensure proper documentation, audit readiness, and compliance with internal policies.

Financial Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly MIS, cash flow, and variance reports.
  • Provide financial insights, dashboards, and analytics to support management decisions.
  • Track receivables/payables, ensure collections, and optimize cash flow.

Compliance & Audit

  • Handle statutory compliances (GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, MLWF, PT, etc.).
  • Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits.
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies.

Technology & Process Excellence

  • Leverage ERP/accounting software (Tally/Zoho/SAP or similar) for data accuracy and efficiency.
  • Automate routine processes and improve reporting through advanced Excel/analytics tools.
  • Maintain data accuracy with hands-on data entry where required.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with HR, Procurement, and Operations to ensure smooth payroll, vendor management, and project costing.
  • Support leadership in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (CA Inter/MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of proven experience in finance & accounts, preferably in real estate, facility management, or service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally/ERP, and financial analysis tools.
  • Tech-savvy, with ability to adapt to new systems and digital processes.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹58,000.00 per month
