Job Title: Assistant Manager Accounts

Qualification: B. Com / M. Com/ACCA/CMA
Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in cash flow management, payments handling, and financial reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily and monthly cash flow reports with complete and accurate details.
- Manage and process daily payments while ensuring proper verification and documentation.
- Monitor cash positions to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Maintain proper records and supporting documentation for all payments and reports.
- Coordinate with banks and internal departments regarding payment matters.
- Assist in month-end financial closing and reporting activities.
- Support audit requirements by providing necessary reports and reconciliations.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of cash flow management and financial reporting processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel with good working experience (formulas, reporting, data analysis).
- Ability to prepare and monitor daily and monthly cash flow statements.
- Sound knowledge of payment processing and financial documentation.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and reconciliation skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage deadlines and maintain accuracy under pressure.
