Location: BMCHS, Block 7 & 8, Near Faisal Bank Building, Shaheed-e-Millat Road, Karachi
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Summary

Human capital is hiring an experienced and qualified professional for the position of Assistant Manager Accounts & Finance – Reporting & Costing based in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for management reporting, costing, budgeting, reconciliations, ERP transactions, banking coordination, and financial analysis. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong finance and commercial accounting experience who are looking to grow in a dynamic corporate environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesCosting & Pricing

  • Prepare and update monthly cost sheets for products.
  • Perform pricing analysis and new product costing.
  • Analyze cost structures and recommend improvements.

Budgeting & Financial Analysis

  • Prepare Master Budget and perform variance analysis for sales, costs, and expenses.
  • Prepare monthly, comparative, and Year-to-Date (YTD) Profit & Loss statements.
  • Ensure proper cost allocation across departments, segments, and group companies.
  • Analyze product-wise Gross Profit, contribution margins, and break-even points.

Cash Flow & Reporting

  • Prepare monthly cash flow statements (actual vs forecasted).
  • Generate weekly and monthly management reports.
  • Provide financial insights to management for decision-making.

Accounting Operations

  • Complete recording of all financial transactions in ERP for one assigned company, including receipts, payments, and expenses.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations.
  • Conduct intra-company account reconciliations.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Banking & Documentation

  • Coordinate with banks for inward and outward remittances.
  • Complete all required documentation related to banking transactions.
  • Maintain proper records of financial and banking documents.

Requirements

Qualification

  • CMA Qualified (Mandatory)

Experience

  • 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Accounts, Finance, Reporting, and Costing.

Skills Required

  • Strong command of costing, budgeting, and management reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems.
  • Excellent knowledge of reconciliations and financial controls.
  • Strong command of MS Excel and reporting tools.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
