Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Administration to oversee and streamline administrative operations within our manufacturing facility. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, supporting staff needs, and maintaining compliance with company policies and safety standards. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and prior experience in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily administrative operations across the plant
  • Manage facility maintenance, office supplies, and vendor coordination
  • Support manufacturing staff with administrative needs and interdepartmental coordination
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records for plant operations
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and administrative policies
  • Assist in budgeting and cost tracking for administrative functions
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in administrative processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a manufacturing setup
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
  • Knowledge of safety and compliance standards in industrial environments

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
