Assistant Manager Administration

  • Office Operations: Oversee daily administrative activities, including front desk management, record-keeping, labor hiring/firing and facility maintenance.
  • Logistics & Procurement: Manage office supply inventory, handle vendor relations, and organize travel/transportation.
  • Supervision: Supervise, train, and appraise administrative staff.
  • Facility Management: Maintain office premises, coordinate repairs, and manage security or cleaning services.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare reports, manage correspondence, and maintain documentation for audits and compliance.
  • Support & Coordination: Assist senior management with scheduling, meeting coordination, and event planning.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Generally 3–5 years of experience in administration or office management.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), excellent organizational abilities, strong communication, and proven leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
