Assistant Manager – B2B Sales

4–6 years B2B sales experience
Construction industry background (cement, steel, paint, or construction chemicals) — mandatory
BSc / MSc in Science
Strong client relationship & negotiation skills
Proven track record of meeting sales targets

What you'll do:
Drive B2B sales growth & manage key accounts
Identify new business opportunities in the construction sector
Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors & end-users
Develop and execute strategic sales plans
Monitor market trends & competitor activity

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs165,000.00 per month
