Business Development Manager (Courier & Logistic)

Job Description

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue goals.
  • Identify, approach, and acquire new B2B customers, including exporters, importers, and eCommerce businesses.
  • Maintain and manage the sales pipeline through CRM tools to ensure accurate forecasting and performance monitoring.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations with key decision-makers to secure business opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with strategic clients to support business growth.
  • Work closely with Operations, Customer Service, and Finance teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to uncover new growth opportunities.
  • Guide, mentor, and support junior sales team members (BDEs) to improve overall team effectiveness.
  • Represent Penta Express at trade exhibitions, networking events, and industry forums to enhance brand awareness.

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university, preferably in Business, Sales, or Logistics.
  • Minimum 1 year of field sales experience in the international courier and logistics industry.
  • Proven ability to achieve or surpass revenue and volume targets.
  • Strong business acumen with expertise in consultative selling and contract negotiations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Possession of a valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
