
Business Development Manager (Courier & Logistic)
Job Description
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue goals.
- Identify, approach, and acquire new B2B customers, including exporters, importers, and eCommerce businesses.
- Maintain and manage the sales pipeline through CRM tools to ensure accurate forecasting and performance monitoring.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations with key decision-makers to secure business opportunities.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with strategic clients to support business growth.
- Work closely with Operations, Customer Service, and Finance teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to uncover new growth opportunities.
- Guide, mentor, and support junior sales team members (BDEs) to improve overall team effectiveness.
- Represent Penta Express at trade exhibitions, networking events, and industry forums to enhance brand awareness.
Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university, preferably in Business, Sales, or Logistics.
- Minimum 1 year of field sales experience in the international courier and logistics industry.
- Proven ability to achieve or surpass revenue and volume targets.
- Strong business acumen with expertise in consultative selling and contract negotiations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Possession of a valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
