Job Responsibility:

  • To ensure all daily/weekly/fortnightly/monthly reports are prepared and circulated on time.
  • Analyzing and preparing data for management reporting
  • Preparing adhoc presentation or data analysis based on management requirements
  • Proactively arrest revenue leakages and rectification and ensure fee is flowing to correct General Ledger and Responsibility Center
  • Monitor Commercial Banking pipeline, In Principle approval, Credit Proposal submissions, disbursals and utilization for management reporting
  • Monitoring asset portfolio and highlight accounts with early warning signals.
  • Enhanced Control on Covenant Monitoring, Insurance Expires, BCMF (Business Continuity Framework) Reporting, EAR (Early alert ) Reporting, Portfolio Level Compliance on Review Date, Expiry Management and Excess Over limit
  • Portfolio distribution , appropriate mapping and Inter-segment portfolio transfers
  • Active participation in system upgrade, UATs and ensure the same are in line with business requirements
  • Audit review and closure of open points
  • Address delay in process mainly, account opening, remittances and reversals
  • Monthly account opening and maintenance discrepancies are monitored
  • Handling of 4 cheque return and other regulatory requirements within departments scope
  • Review of dormant accounts as part of CB regulations
