Position : Asst. Manager - Business Development

JD :

Business development & client relationship

  • New business Leads.
  • Strong networking base with developers and their top management
  • Qualitative experience in marketing of services.
  • Initiating and conducting Social Media Campaigns

§ Driving Market penetration for the organization thru

  • PR activities
  • Participating, Leading & Managing Events & Exhibitions in Existing

& Potential areas of growth.

  • Designing, Print and Audio-visual campaign.

§ Client retention and relationship building

  • To leverage on current client base
  • To expand our services to other asset classes

Documentation

  • Correspondence with the clients for closing the agreements
  • Coordinate with the legal department and get the agreements signed from both the parties.

Location : Bangalore, Should be ready to travel frequently across South India.

Experience : 2- 5 years of experience in New Business Development, B2B Sales, Client Relationship, Good Communication. Willingness to be on Field.

Should be from Facilities Solutions, Parking Solutions, Retail, Mobility, Infra/Property Management, Airport Ecosystem, Real Estate, Consumer Durables, Telecom, Hospitality industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
