HIRING: ASSISTANT MANAGER – COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
A client of Ortak Consultants (Pvt.) Limited is hiring "AM - Compensation and Benefits"
Location: DHA, Karachi
Industry: Wellness Services
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Finance, or related field.
* 4–6 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits and payroll management.
* Strong understanding of salary structures, benchmarking, and compliance.
* Experience handling payroll systems and statutory contributions.
* High analytical ability and attention to detail.
* Strong coordination and confidentiality handling skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage compensation structures, salary benchmarking, and pay analysis.
* Oversee payroll inputs including benefits, incentives, deductions, and adjustments.
* Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including EOBI and related regulations.
* Develop and maintain compensation policies and SOPs.
* Coordinate with Finance for accurate payroll processing.
* Prepare C&B reports, dashboards, and management insights.
* Manage employee benefits programs and handle related queries.
