Job Purpose:

Support the execution of RSG's compliance monitoring, policy documentation, regulatory reporting, and integrity register activities, ensuring adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal governance requirements.
Functional Responsibilities
This job description outlines the core responsibilities of the role but is not exhaustive. Additional tasks related to the broader department may be assigned as required.

Execute risk-based compliance assessments across RSG and its subsidiaries, identifying high-risk areas and critical obligations to support the prioritization of monitoring activities and corrective action follow-up.

Conduct compliance monitoring reviews and thematic assessments to evaluate adherence to regulatory and internal requirements, documenting findings and escalating issues for resolution in a timely manner.

Support the development and periodic review of compliance policies and procedures, ensuring content is aligned with applicable laws, regulatory changes, and RSG's internal governance commitments.

Assist in preparing periodic compliance reports for senior management, the Board, and relevant Committees, ensuring submissions are accurate, balanced, and reflective of the Group's compliance position.

Maintain and update the Entity Management System to ensure all RSG group entities remain in good legal standing, meeting periodic filing, disclosure, and governance obligations across the portfolio.

Coordinate the collection and review of annual and ad-hoc disclosures from employees, executives, and Board members, including conflicts of interest and outside positions, ensuring completeness and governance alignment.

Maintain accurate and auditable records of compliance activities, assessments, regulatory interactions, and corrective action status, in accordance with RSG's record management and audit-readiness standards.

Support external regulatory inspections, inquiries, and audits by assisting in the preparation of responses, coordinating information gathering across stakeholders, and tracking remediation of findings.

Maintain integrity registers including the Gifts and Hospitality Register, sponsorships log, and donations record, ensuring appropriate approvals are obtained and register entries are complete and current.

Contribute to compliance training and awareness campaigns by supporting content development, coordination of delivery, and tracking of employee participation across RSG and its subsidiaries.

Monitor changes in applicable laws, regulations, and standards and assist in coordinating updates to related policies, procedures, and internal controls in a timely and documented manner.
