Reporting & Compliance Manager

We are hiring a Reporting & Compliance Manager to join our team in Riyadh.

We are looking for a strong professional with solid experience in reporting governance, compliance management, and project controls within large-scale hospitality , resort, or real estate developments.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience

• Strong background in reporting, governance, compliance, or project controls

• Experience in hospitality , resorts , or mega developments

• Owner-side , PMC , or client representative experience is highly preferred

• Experience preparing executive and board-level reports

• Strong knowledge in KPI reporting, dashboards, compliance registers, and audit support

• Experience coordinating with Finance, Legal, Projects, and Operations teams

• Familiarity with Aconex , ACC , Asite , SharePoint , or similar platforms

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Master’s degree in project management, Business Administration, or similar is preferred.
