Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Reporting Manager to join our team! In this role you will lead PMO performance reporting, data visualization, and reporting governance, ensuring senior stakeholders have accurate and timely insights to drive informed decision-making and support a complex project on-site in Riyadh.
What You'll Be Doing:
Support the definition of PMO reporting requirements and the development of standard reporting templates and formats.
Develop forms, templates, and tools to capture project and programme status information.
Coordinate the preparation and distribution of key weekly, monthly, and quarterly PMO reports.
Assist in establishing and maintaining PMO reporting schedules and calendars.
Support the design, implementation, and governance of the PMO performance reporting framework.
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of reporting analysts and engineers to ensure high-quality deliverables and ongoing professional development.
Oversee the creation and delivery of PMO-level reports, dashboards, and performance insights for both internal and external stakeholders.
Work closely with project controls, finance, risk, and delivery teams to ensure PMO reporting is integrated, consistent, and accurate.
Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with strategic objectives and delivery milestones.
Ensure reporting processes and outputs comply with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and recognised industry best practice.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
10+ years of experience in PMO performance reporting, with demonstrated success on major infrastructure or construction programmes.
Experience using reporting tools and applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Business Intelligence platforms including Tableau and Microsoft Power BI.
Strong background in data analysis and data visualisation techniques.
Extensive experience in PMO design, including developing and implementing processes, procedures, and systems to support effective project management and performance monitoring.
Minimum Level 8 degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or a related discipline (preferred).
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
Strong communication skills and ability to operate effectively within PMO and/or Project Management environments.
Proven people management or team leadership experience.
Ability to meet deadlines and perform effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Technical writing and graphic design experience (advantageous).
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
Project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, CAPM) is an advantage.
