Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Legal Counsel to join our Legal Services Group. The selected candidate will provide legal support across various business verticals, focusing on commercial contracts, procurement, and corporate legal matters. This role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure legal compliance and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Contract Management:
• Draft, review, and negotiate routine commercial contracts including customer-facing and procurement-facing agreements.
• Prepare special terms and conditions for customer order forms, purchase orders, NDA, Statements of Work (SOWs), and other legal documents.
• Legal Support:
• Provide day-to-day legal assistance to global commercial and procurement legal teams.
• Support business and user teams in finalizing legal documentation such as restructuring documents, contract amendments, and vendor/customer agreements.
• Risk Analysis:
• Review tender documents and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to identify and assess legal risks.
• Corporate Legal Activities:
• Assist in general corporate and administrative legal matters within the team.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of legal documentation for various business units.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Work closely with business teams and other internal functions to deliver timely and effective legal support.
