Assistant Manager Corporate Sales - Faisalabad City Only

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Sales Leadership:

· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed corporate sales targets.

· Lead, mentor, and motivate the corporate sales team to achieve individual and team goals.

· Collaborate with senior management to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

2. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate sector.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

· Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to showcase products/services and address client concerns.

3. Team Management:

· Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing corporate sales team.

· Set performance targets, conduct performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback.

· Foster a positive and collaborative team culture focused on achieving sales excellence.

4. Market Analysis and Reporting:

· Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

· Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Minimum bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, or a related field.

· Minimum 3 years of proven experience in corporate sales, with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

· Strong leadership and team management skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.

· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.

· Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
