Qualification & Experience:
Essential:
- Bachelors in Computer Arts/ Bachelors in Media Studies/ Journalism/ Mass Comm or equivalent from an HEC recognized University with 2-5 years of experience in the relevant field.
Desirable:
- Masters in Computer Arts/ Masters in Media Studies/ Mass Comm from an HEC recognized University with 5 years of experience in the relevant field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and manage flagship creative initiatives that translate NUST’s achievements into compelling visual or experiential formats for diverse audiences.
- Elevate routine institutional activities into memorable, media-worthy events that support visibility, rankings, and recruitment goals.
- Develop and oversee interactive exhibitions and installations that engage prospective students, policymakers, and visitors.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely and on-budget execution of projects, coordinating closely with vendors (in collaboration with AD Marketing Ops) and internal departments.
- Align all initiatives with institutional performance indicators such as QS ranking metrics, admissions targets, and government engagement.
- Collect, curate, and showcase impactful student and faculty stories through annual multimedia displays to humanize and strengthen NUST’s brand.
- Ensure that all creative outputs meet required safety, accessibility, and compliance standards—both in physical and digital formats.
- Track and evaluate project success using key metrics such as media mentions, stakeholder sentiment, footfall data, and admission inquiries.
- Pilot emerging technologies (AR/VR, holograms, AI interfaces) to create next-generation engagement tools and differentiate NUST from peer institutions.
- Support rapid deployment of high-quality creative solutions during urgent or high-profile events, including VIP visits and emergency communications.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by the DD or Director Marketing & Communications.

Candidates may be considered ineligible for the post due to any of the following reasons:
- 3rd Div in academic career / weak academic profile.
- NUST employees with less than one year of service with NUST and / or absence of NOC from Head of Institution.
- In process of pursuing a required degree.
- Only selected candidates will be contacted and issued offer letter.
- Late / incomplete applications will be ignored.
- Only short-listed candidates will be considered / called for test / interview and no TA / DA will be admissible.
