Assistant Manager - Cybersecurity Risk Management

Qiddiya Investment Company is on the lookout for an experienced and proactive individual to fill the role of Assistant Manager - Cybersecurity Risk Management. In this critical position, you will be tasked with overseeing cybersecurity risk management efforts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. You will play a key role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that could affect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the company's information assets.

Your role will involve collaboration across departments and support in creating a culture of security awareness within the organization, emphasizing the importance of risk management in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the formulation and enhancement of the cybersecurity risk management framework.
• Perform comprehensive risk assessments to evaluate vulnerabilities and threats to information systems.
• Facilitate the documentation and tracking of risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
• Work closely with IT and security teams to design and implement effective controls and countermeasures.
• Prepare and present risk reports to upper management and various stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity threats and best practices, advising teams on necessary risk management adjustments.
• Contribute to training programs that foster a risk-aware culture among employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 4-6 years of experience in cybersecurity risk management or related field.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and industry best practices.
• Experience in conducting risk assessments and implementing risk management strategies.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CRISC) are advantageous.
• Ability to work collaboratively and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
