Job Purpose:

• Responsible for managing, supporting, and enhancing the Digital ICT products and solutions portfolio. The role covers support for DICT offerings across enterprise and government clients, including data center hosting, co-location, security services, and related solutions. Ensures high availability, scalability, and compliance of all services while driving value for enterprise clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support assurance for overall pre-sales & in-Sales activities in DICT domain.
• Assist in the customer requirements related to DICT, Support product team.
• Coordination with corporate sales for requirements collection and project delivery
• Resource will support regional teams on survey, prepare BOM and BOQ finalization
• Managing the requirements via regional resources during surveys and complaints.
• Actively monitor KPIs, vendor performance, and Routine Activities
• Actively engage Regional teams along with vendor
• Strategic planning for Customer experience management and service quality improvement
• Policies and processes alignment.
• Strong knowledge of ICT technologies (Security, Collaboration, Networking).
• Knowledge of Data Center technologies, platforms, Virtualization, Storage, and Security.
• Good command of proposal writing and presentations.

Education:

• Must be a graduate with minimum 16 years of education

Work Experience:

• 5 to 8 years’ in corporate products management.
