Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager- Digital Marketing Trainer


As a Digital Marketing Trainer, you will be the subject matter expert responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that empower learners with cutting-edge digital marketing skills. You will lead sessions across various digital marketing domains, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics. This role demands a blend of hands-on expertise, instructional excellence, and a passion for mentoring professionals in a fast-evolving digital landscape.


Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, both online and in-person, covering core digital marketing concepts and tools.

• Design and update training materials, modules, and assessments aligned with current industry trends and technologies.

• Provide practical exposure to tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, Mailchimp, WordPress, and more.

• Assess learner progress through quizzes, assignments, and projects; provide constructive feedback and guidance.

• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates to ensure training relevance.

• Coach and mentor learners to build confidence and competence in applying digital strategies effectively.

• Tailor training programs to meet the specific needs of corporate clients, teams, or individual learners.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders (HR, L&D, Marketing) to align training goals with organizational objectives.

• Ensure high standards of delivery, learner engagement, and content accuracy across all training formats.


Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.

• 6 to 8 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a Subject Matter expert, training, or instructional role.

• Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns and hands-on tool usage.

• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content strategy, and analytics.

• Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, or similar platforms preferred.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms is a plus.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Passion for teaching and continuous learning.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, Canva, and WordPress.

• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools.

• Experience in corporate training or academic instruction.

• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to different learning environments.

• Storytelling & Classroom management skills will be an added advantage
