Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

Set KPIs and track performance metrics to ensure consistent growth and achievement of sales targets.

Oversee the operation of D2C platforms, including company-owned websites, apps, and third-party marketplaces.

Optimize website performance, ensure inventory accuracy, and manage product listings.

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and influencer collaborations.

Design and manage promotional offers, discounts, and seasonal campaigns to boost customer engagement and sales.

Ensure a seamless online shopping experience, including fast shipping, easy returns, and excellent customer support.

Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements

Use analytics tools to track user behaviour, identify trends, and optimize customer journeys.

Generate regular reports on sales performance, conversion rates, and customer demographics.

Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field (MBA preferred) from top tier colleges.
