Job Description: Assistant Manager – D2C

Job Type - Permanent

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Set KPIs and track performance metrics to ensure consistent growth and achievement of sales targets.
  • Oversee the operation of D2C platforms, including company-owned websites, apps, and third-party marketplaces.
  • Optimize website performance, ensure inventory accuracy, and manage product listings.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and influencer collaborations.
  • Design and manage promotional offers, discounts, and seasonal campaigns to boost customer engagement and sales.
  • Ensure a seamless online shopping experience, including fast shipping, easy returns, and excellent customer support.
  • Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements
  • Use analytics tools to track user behaviour, identify trends, and optimize customer journeys.
  • Generate regular reports on sales performance, conversion rates, and customer demographics.
  • Experiment with new strategies and tools to enhance brand visibility and market share.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field (MBA preferred) from top tier colleges.
