Life Pharmacy, the UAE’s leading retail pharmacy chain, is looking for a dynamic and data-driven Assistant Manager – E-Commerce to support and enhance our growing online business operations. The ideal candidate will assist in managing the e-commerce platform, improving user experience, and driving online sales performance through innovative strategies and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing day-to-day e-commerce operations and ensuring smooth order processing.
  • Monitor and optimize website performance, traffic, and conversion rates.
  • Coordinate product listings, pricing updates, promotions, and digital merchandising.
  • Work closely with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure alignment on campaigns and inventory.
  • Analyze e-commerce KPIs and recommend improvements for sales growth.
  • Support the implementation of new digital tools and customer engagement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in retail or FMCG.
  • Proficiency in Shopify, Magento, or similar e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics and Excel reporting.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
