Assistant Manager – E-Commerce
to support and enhance our growing online business operations. The ideal candidate will assist in managing the e-commerce platform, improving user experience, and driving online sales performance through innovative strategies and execution.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing day-to-day e-commerce operations and ensuring smooth order processing.

Monitor and optimize website performance, traffic, and conversion rates.

Coordinate product listings, pricing updates, promotions, and digital merchandising.

Work closely with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure alignment on campaigns and inventory.

Analyze e-commerce KPIs and recommend improvements for sales growth.

Support the implementation of new digital tools and customer engagement initiatives.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in retail or FMCG.

Proficiency in Shopify, Magento, or similar e-commerce platforms.

Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics and Excel reporting.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
