Assistant Manager - Ecommerce

Position Overview:

To develop and lead company’s ecommerce operation to drive online sales, improve customer satisfaction, and achieve business growth targets.


Responsibilities:


Financial


  • Achieve the set sales targets for the month/year for E-commerce channel.
  • Identify the E-commerce opportunities and convert opportunities to sales.
  • Create a RTM/Marketing plan for E-commerce channel and drive the execution.
  • Ensure the best visibility and standards for House of Pops in all the E-commerce platforms.
  • Ensure all necessary documentations/approvals/feasibility required for E-commerce channel are followed.
  • Ensure the standard operating procedures for E-commerce are followed diligently.
  • Ensure payment collections as per the agreed terms.
  • Ensure proper cash and stock reconciliation.


Customer


  • Create engaging relationship with all the customers and ensure we are the preferred brand.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain the brand image and standards.


Internal Business Process


  • Maintain accurate records and deals in HubSpot CRM, ensuring all client interactions are documented for future reference.
  • Ensure review every opportunity to ensure profitability for the company.
  • Effective planning of the event and ensure all check lists as per SOP are ordered.
  • Ensure strict compliance of brand standards


People


  • Manage the Customer/Account managers of Ecom and achieve best results.
  • Coordinate with all peers and management effectively to ensure smooth functioning of the channel.


Communications & Working Relationships:

  • Works closely with the Director of Business Development and Department.
  • Communicates professionally with colleagues and Management while keeping a productive working environment.


Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • 5 years + of proven experience in a similar role in F &B majorly focusing on E-commerce/Quick Commerce customers in UAE/KSA.
  • Experience in managing E-commerce channel.
  • Should have close interaction experience with the corporate/key account team of Key E-commerce customers.
  • In-depth knowledge of E-commerce business.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office and CRM.
  • Good Interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • UAE Driving license is a must
