We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Manager - eLearning to join our Onboarding team in our Headquarters, located in DAFZA, Dubai Airport Freezone.
Scope: Assistant Manager-eLearning designs, develops, and maintains high-quality eLearning content for the organization's LMS. This role involves creating online educational materials, aligning objectives with other training specialists, and managing online learning communities. Responsibilities include providing course statistics and feedback, experimenting with new delivery methodologies, maintaining best practices in instructional design, and troubleshooting technical issues. The specialist collaborates closely with experienced training facilitators to support and guide a diverse, multilingual workforce through engaging and interactive learning experiences
Financial:
- Design and develop courses and curricula, potentially reducing training costs by utilizing effective eLearning solutions.
- Provide course statistics, feedback, and score analysis to stakeholders to improve training effectiveness and resource allocation
Customer:
- Work with other training specialists and departments to align on objectives, content, and digital training paths for employees.
- Manage online learning communities and queries to enhance learner engagement and satisfaction.
Process:
- Edit and create online educational materials for the in-house LMS, ensuring content quality and relevance.
- Troubleshoot problems reported by users in collaboration with technical staff to maintain seamless learning experiences.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards related to training and development
Innovation:
- Experiment with new delivery methodologies of adult learning and blended learning to continually improve the learning experience.
Maintain current knowledge of best practices in instructional design, analyzing, updating, and refining existing online content to stay up to date with industry standards.
Selection Criteria:
- Graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
- Candidate with 5-7 years of experience in an L&D or training department and a Transguard EPT level 5
- Candidate should have a strong background with the content software of the Adobe suites
- Candidate must have knowledge of authoring tools such as Articulate 360
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A CIPD-certified candidate is preferred
