What you'll do:

Lead and manage the day-to-day training team (instructors/coaches/content specialists).

Plan and execute training schedules across stores/clusters to support ramp-ups, onboarding, and continuous learning.

Ensure training delivery standards are consistent across geographies and formats (classroom, on-floor, digital).

Design and update training content, SOPs, playbooks, micro-modules, and digital assets for all last-mile roles.

Localize content where required (e.g., language, formats).

Partner with Ground Ops, Control Tower, Customer Experience, Tech/Product to ensure materials reflect current operational reality.

Track and analyze training performance KPIs such as:

knowledge retention scores
-
certification pass rates
-
ramp-up timelines (e.g., rider onboarding to SLA readiness)
-
recurring error/defect rates post-training
-
Conduct audits of training sessions to ensure delivery quality and compliance.

Implement feedback loops and improvement plans based on trainee performance and operational data.

Work closely with Ground Operations to prioritize training needs based on store performance, new process rollouts, and operational gaps.

Coordinate with Supply/HR for onboarding schedules and recruitment-driven ramp-ups.

Align with Control/Performance teams on defect types and performance issues requiring targeted interventions.

Support Product/Tech teams for feature rollouts, ensuring frontline staff are trained on new tools or workflows.

Execute new capability programs (e.g., fleet manager academy, supervisor bootcamps, continuous improvements modules).

Drive adoption of digital training platforms, e-learning modules, and certification frameworks.

Maintain an updated training database (attendance, certification, evaluations).
What you'll need:

Minimum 4 years of experience in a Training or similar role

Bachelor degree in a quantitative subject

Good analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/GSheets

Good communication and coordination skills

Strong analytical and statistical analysis skills to extract insights and recommendations

Ability to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty

Capable of working in highly ambiguous situations comfortably

Understanding Logistics metrics and stakeholder management

Ability to accommodate flexibility in the work schedule
