Assistant Manager ERP

The Assistant Manager ERP is responsible for managing and supporting the organization’s ERP and HRMS systems to ensure smooth business operations. The role includes system administration, troubleshooting, user support, data management, and coordination with various departments. The position also assists HR in recruitment coordination and employee system management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the ERP system to ensure efficient and uninterrupted operations.
  • Administer the HRMS system, including employee records, attendance, leave management, and data updates.
  • Handle routine ERP and HRMS issues and provide system support to users across departments.
  • Coordinate with the IT team or external vendors for system maintenance, upgrades, and technical support.
  • Assist the HR department in recruitment processes, interview coordination, and onboarding activities within the system.
  • Ensure data accuracy, proper documentation, and system compliance.
  • Generate and provide system reports to management as required.
  • Support departments in improving operational processes through effective ERP usage.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in ERP or HRMS system management.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
