Assistant Manager - F&A

Responsibilities

  • To work with the operations team for Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) Benefit and other Incentives Schemes
  • Knowledge of other Govt. benefits including various licenses i.e. EPCG/ Advance License
  • Import Export procedures and documentations.
  • To liaise with Customs Dept, DGFT and other Statutory Authority as & when required
  • Prepare and presented weekly & monthly MIS reports across top management.
  • Review impact of custom/ DGFT notifications circulars and implementation of such changes within shortest possible time.
  • Strong planning skills with the ability to handle multiple projects through to completion and to manage competing priorities
  • Control and maintenance / closure of licenses i.e. EPCG License/ Advance Licenses etc
  • To ensure Imports clearance under EPCG/ Advance License/ IGCR/ other custom benefit notifications
  • Knowledge of invalidation and closure process
  • Tracking of Govt Licenses, process of re-validation, invalidation process, closure.
  • Ability to work under high pressure due to tight timelines

Qualifications

Professional preferably Chartered Accountant having 2 to 3 years of experience in SAP (FI, MM, SD Modules must)

Expert in Excel and large data analysis
