Assistant Manager – Finance

A well-established Medical Equipment and Pharmaceutical Company is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Finance to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support the Company’s financial operations, ensure accuracy in accounting processes, maintain compliance with financial regulations, and provide strategic financial support to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Monitor cash flow, banking operations, and fund management.
  • Ensure compliance with taxation laws and statutory audit requirements.
  • Prepare management reports and conduct financial analysis to support decision-making.
  • Supervise and guide the finance team in day-to-day operations.
  • Coordinate with auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.

Requirements:

  • MBA (Finance) / ACCA / ICMA or an equivalent qualification in Finance or Accounting.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Odoo software.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs160,000.00 per month
