Scope of Job: To assist the Front Office Manager in the smooth and effective operation of the Front Desk ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and adhering to the standards required by the hotel.

  • Ensures that all Front Office employees deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.
  • Analyze the training needs of the front office department and shares the appropriate trainings within the team.
  • Advanced level of spoken and written English
