Logistics Senior Manager who can help us move even faster.

What you'll do:
● Ensure, in accordance with the Corporate guidelines, the implementation, updating,
review and auditing of the Company HSE Systems.
● Enforce safety practices and procedures.
● Assist the Commercial, Engineering and Operations Department in their dealings with
contractors in all issues concerned with Health and Safety at work.
● Provide safety briefing, coaching and training.
● Conduct specific task risk assessment and monitoring corrective and preventive action
reports.
● Ensure that safety standards are adhered.
● Prepare an emergency management plan.
● Prepare for fire mock drills plans and yearly basis implementation.
● Conduct safety audits both internal and external.
● Carry out analysis of accident / incident, identifying trends and suggesting improvement
plans.
● Provide technical support to Senior Management on any safety related subjects.
● Provide Safety, including supervision on preparation of plans and procedures start up
activities.
● Ensure that safety related documentation and records are updated and periodically
communicate it to all relevant stakeholders
● Prepare safety toolbox talk topics , HSE Documentation.
● Identify safety hazards and safety trends.
● Identify and report operational risk management issues.
● Develop methods, actions and recommendations to ensure compliance to safety
standards.
What you’ll need:
● Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management or a similar role
● Minimum 4 years of experience in E-commerce in a related field
● Having ISO 45001 / 14001 Certification
● Strong experience in working as a business partner in delivering better decision support
and enabling strategic initiatives which help to improve organization financial
performance.
● Excellent analytical skills as well as strong business acumen.
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships
with internal and external stakeholders.
● Deep Knowledge about Warehousing HSE management
● Results-oriented and tenacious.
● Comfortable communicating at all levels of seniority within a large organization.
● In-depth understanding of Health and Safety legislation, UAE CIVIL Defense code.
● Experience managing change in multiple site environment and managing multiple direct
reports
● Risk assessment/management
● Administrative policies and procedures
● EPC/FM industry experience.
