Job Purpose
The role holder is responsible for leading and managing all hospitality service requests across Employees, Occasions, and Workplace Hospitality Services. This includes ensuring that requests are received and addressed within specified service delivery times. The role holder will manage all external vendors for hospitality services, overseeing the delivery of work to maintain high standards of quality. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.
Job Responsibility
Provide hospitality services (teaboys and beverage services ) to the offices, meeting room, events.
• VIP Service (executive meetings, BoD, CEOs)
• Coffee Machines.
This service is for formally providing hospitality and event requests in line with the policy such as (Coffee Break, Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner).
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards.
Monitor vendor schedules for timely meal preparation and delivery.
Assist in planning and executing special corporate events and cultural celebrations such as Eid Al-Adha, Eid Al-Fitr, Ramadan, and Hajj in alignment with related designated team.
Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and improve future service quality.
Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring that catering services consistently meet internal standards for excellence.
Implement and oversee a system for collecting and acting on employee feedback to improve catering options and service quality.
Select operators to occupy available spaces within the company complexes based on employee satisfaction data and recommendations and developed internal criteria to provide the services related to (Restaurants, Cafes , Vending machines).
Engage with operators related team to finalize contract terms, including pricing, service scope, timelines, and specific responsibilities for hospitality services.
Monitor and evaluate vendor performance in alignment with SLAs and quality standards.
Conduct routine audits and on-site inspections to ensure compliance with operational policies and regulatory requirements.
Build and maintain effective professional relationships with vendors, addressing service-related issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
Manage budget, cost, POs, and invoicing management and compliance for hospitality services.
Oversee the issuance of entry permits for vendors, contractors, and authorized personnel, ensuring compliance with security protocols.
