About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Assistant Manager – HR to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment, compliance, and policy implementation, ensuring alignment with the company’s culture and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and exit formalities.
  • Design, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company standards.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Oversee performance management processes including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.).
  • Handle employee grievances with professionalism and provide effective resolutions.
  • Maintain HR dashboards, MIS, and prepare reports for management review.
  • Support leadership in manpower planning and organizational development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR projects and improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of proven HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/HRMS tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
