1. Talent Acquisition
- Coordinate recruitment for editorial, production, marketing, sales, and technical teams.
- Assist with drafting job descriptions and posting them across relevant channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule meetings with hiring managers.
- Build a talent pipeline for freelance, contractual, and permanent roles.
2. Onboarding & Induction
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, including document collection, induction sessions, and system access.
3. Employee Engagement
- Organize team-building events, recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and feedback surveys.
- Promote a culture of creativity, inclusion, and innovation.
4. HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS.
- Handle documentation for Employees.

5. Performance Management
- Support performance appraisal cycles and feedback sessions.
6. Training & Development
- Coordinate training sessions for soft skills, leadership, copyright laws, ethics in journalism, etc.
- Identify upskilling opportunities in creative software or content platforms.
