Role & responsibilities
Recruitment
- Responsible for the full employee life cycle from recruitment, induction to exit, and for providing full administrative support to staff
- Ensuring that all recruitment as per statutory Policies, Laws, and Regulations.
- Setting up, monitoring and then tracking employee probationary periods
- Carrying out background and reference checks on prospective employees
- Acting as the first point of contact for anyone enquiring about a vacancy
- Recruiting, Induction, HRMS and Training
- Ensure Position Guidelines are handed over to all positions during joining and the same is revisited periodically.
Payroll
- Maintenance of the HR records and systems
- Preparation and review of daily / weekly / monthly attendance.
- Responsible for Payroll processing in accurate and co-ordination with Finance department.
- Ensures a competitive salary structure is in place for all positions.
Statutory Compliance
- Understanding of policies and procedures regarding compliance with statutory authorities (Provident Fund, Employee State Insurance Corporation, Labour Welfare Fund, Shop and Establishment Act, etc)
- Preparation and timely submission of returns as per prescribed timelines with statutory authorities to avoid any penalty and interest.
- Timely action towards any renewal of license with statutory authorities.
Employment Manual and Policies
- Interpreting and clarifying the companies HR policies & practices
- Resolve issues with employees in regards to adherence with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain flawless communication with the employees and ensure timely resolution of employee handling daily issues and grievances to ensure quick and prompt settlement.
Others
- Looking after the health, safety and welfare of all employees.
- Timely renewal of medical and accidental insurance policies.
- Will perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
- Preparing weekly and monthly HR reports.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate from Any Stream
- Having good working knowledge of HR and Administration
- Must be having working experience between 3 to 6 years

Perks and benefits Salary between Rs 40,000/- to Rs. 50,000/- per month Company will provide medical facility cashless to family.
