Assistant Manager – Human Resources

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field

Experience:

  • 3–5 years of HR experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of HR systems

Job Summary:
The Assistant Manager – HR will support the overall HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, and compliance. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and a good understanding of HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Support performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes
  • Handle employee queries and maintain HR records
  • Ensure HR policy compliance and support audits
  • Drive employee engagement and welfare activities
