Job Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment, on boarding, and induction

Handle PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, and labor law compliance

Coordinate with Accounts for salary processing

Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data

Handle grievance red ressal and disciplinary actions

Ensure statutory display boards and licenses are up-to-date

Support training and development initiatives

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,040.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
