  • Assist in implementing HR policies, recruitment, and employee relations across both hotel and construction teams.
  • Manage attendance, payroll coordination, and personnel records while ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  • Support performance evaluations, training programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Minimum Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in HR, preferably with exposure to hospitality and construction sectors.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal, documentation, and MS Office skills; understanding of HR operations and labor laws.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
